Nelson Ridge Family Dental is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to in my life! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Not only is the office aesthetically beautiful, but they have the nicest staff in the world. They genuinely care about their patients and it absolutely shows in how they treat them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office.

Nelson Ridge Family Dental is a super clean, nice and professional place. My family member has a huge fear of dentists and has had a few traumatic experiences in the past at other dentists. But Dr. Steve and his assistant (I hate that I forgot her name. She has black hair and glasses) were very helpful and made my family member feel a lot more comfortable. Dr Steve also provided a lot of information about implants and dentures and was willing to help us every step of the way.

If I could use one word to describe my experience it would be EXCELLENT! I've gone to them several times and the service from the front desk to the doctor is over and beyond. I'm thankful I found them. I had an emergency, called them and was able to get an appointment the next day! Got to the office and checked in and was called in less than 5 minutes and was finished in less than an hour. They took good care of me.

Excellent dentistry is done here. The staff is incredibly kind, non-judgmental and professional. I barely even noticed when they inoculated me for my numbing treatment, which is usually the worst part of getting any major dental work, in my experience. Their technology is up-to-date, the staff is young and vibrant, and they have credentials to perform most work in-house with a visiting surgeon for more difficult extractions. I cannot recommend them enough, and I speak from experience having gone to multiple dental offices.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Patty and Gianna are the ultimate dynamic duo at the dental office. I felt so taken care of and I felt immediate relief after leaving. I had a filling redone and they took their time that it was done right and that I was comfortable. If you are planning to visit and make an appointment make sure it’s with Dr. Patty and Gianna!!

I had a very loose tooth. I was recommended by a friend about Nelson Ridge Family Dental, so I decided to give them a try. From the time I entered in, I was greeted as though I had used them for years. Within 30 min I was on the dental chair and being worked on. Staff and dentist were great. I have found my dentist.
